| Problem: | Error: “HTTP 401.3 – Access denied by ACL on resource”, when attempting to access Primavera login page. |
| Fix: | Verify that the anonymous access for IIS is enabled or if accessing from another domain verify that the anonymous IIS user listed has access to the IIS server. To verify those settings or username right click on the website folder, in IIS Manager, and click on Properties.
In Properties box click on the the Directory Security Tab and click on the Edit button under the Anonymous access and authentication control.
Once in there verify the Anonymous access is enabled or click the edit button and verify the username.
