| Problem: | When installing Claim Digger the sa username and password were used to connect to the database |
| Fix: | When installing Claimdigger, the incorrect administrative username and password were used during the database connection configuration. The correct username and password to be used are privuser with the default password of privuser, unless the password has changed. |
