| Problem: | Event viewer shows COntractor is installed |
| Problem: | Under Start/ Programs/Primavera, Contractor is present and works when launched |
| Fix: | Contractor is installed and working properly. The problem is that Claim Digger was chosen when installing, and when trying to install the JDK, it failed due to a conflict with a previous version of the JDK being installed. If the older version of the JDK is not needed, uninstall it from add/remove programs and install Digger manually. |
