| Problem: | Unable to resolve Privileged Username or Password; ORA-ORA-00980: synonym translation is no longer valid when logging into myPrimavera |
| Cause: | Database was missing the following synonym: Missing Synonym PRIVUSER.PUBUSER |
| Fix: | Run the Schema Vaildation Utility (ValSch.exe found on CD1 in the \\Install\Database directory) against the database to determine that the PRIVUSER.PUBUSER Synonym is missing. Log into the Database via SQLPLUS as PRIVUSER and run the following command:

Create a new Configuration for myPrimavera by going to Start, Programs, myPrimavera, Database Configuration Setup. |
